We at Country Fare Catering pride ourselves on using organic fruit, vegetables, cheese and meat whenever possible. All of our breads and most of our pastries are made with organic flour. We have a strong commitment to the local organic farms and producers in the Down East area and believe this natural and healthy approach to food offers our customers the finest quality available.

Steamed shrimp with classic cocktail sauce

First course

Roasted tomato basil soup with a dollop of Crème Fraiche (served hot or cold)

Poached salmon with sauce verte or hoisin glaze

Steamed red, brown and black rice with toasted almonds and parsley
